Content of this Training
In this training, you will learn how to systematically perform a Diagnostic for any software developing team.
The Diagnostic process consists of three major steps:
1. You learn how to understand the organisation better. We will teach you how to engage in a systematic conversation with management about organisational goals. You will learn how to deduct appropriate Agile Fluency zones from this.
2. You learn how to conduct a self-assessment workhop with your team (in person or online) to gather basic data for the diagnostic. We will provide you with carefully selected questions to elicit in-depth understanding of the team's situation. The main focus of this diagnostic is to acknowledge the team's behaviour.
3. You learn how to use the diagnostic raw data to generate results and prepare a special report for the team as well as for management. Moreover, you will generate an investment plan together with concrete suggestions for improvement activities. And finally, you provide an improvement process that will enable the organisation's coaches and/or you to conduct a long-term improvement initiative.
If you are able to perform the Agile Fluency Diagnostic for a number of teams in the same organisation you will be able to present concrete findings about organisational improvements. If you repeat the Diagnostic for the same (set of) team(s) you are able to show the team's development and organisational improvements.
